Group TICKETS DETAILS

GROUP SIZE

  • The group minimum is 10 people.

  • Party size may change before the final payment date. The discount rate will remain valid as long as the party remains 10 people or above. Once the final payment is made, seats can be added at the same rate, subject to availability. Payment for additional seats is due at the time of the reservation.

TIMELINE

  • A 10% deposit is due at the time of your reservation. The remaining balance is due 4 weeks before the performance date. If the reservation is made within four weeks of the performance date, full payment is required at the time of the reservation. School groups can contact Patron Services for additional payment scheduling options at boxoffice@primatheatre.org or 717-327-5124.

PERSONALIZED SERVICE

  • A Prima staff member will be your consistent contact from start to finish, helping arrange performance details, schedule your payments, and arrange special add-ons to make it a winning experience for your group.

SAVINGS

  • Groups receive 1 free ticket for purchases of 40 or more. 

  • Booking fees are also waived for groups of 10 or more.

PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS

  • Prima will gladly share marketing collateral to inspire your group’s attendance.

TICKETS

  • Group tickets can be held at Will Call or picked up in advance of your performance date.

  • Group sales may be canceled before the final payment is made, however, all deposits are non-refundable. While the final payment is non-refundable, exchanges may be made for a nominal fee.

  • Detailed instructions and information will be sent to the group leader once the final payment is received. 

EXCLUSIVE OPPORTUNITIES

  • Large groups can secure private performances of a production with advance notice

    • A meet-and-greet and/or post-show reception add-on may be available upon request.

  • Add bar & concession item tickets for group members at $9/person.
